TS Auto Detail Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

Effective Date: Upon signing/acceptance

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a detailing service with TS Auto Detail ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

TS Auto Detail provides mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:

  • Interior detailing (vacuum, wipe-down, window cleaning, pet hair removal)
  • Exterior detailing (hand wash, wheel/tire cleaning, tire dressing, ceramic spray wax)
  • Full detailing (combination of interior and exterior services)
  • Liquid wax application

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices vary based on vehicle size (sedan/coupe, midsize SUV, full-size SUV/truck)
  • Final pricing is confirmed at time of booking based on vehicle condition
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, Venmo, and other agreed-upon payment methods

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal

5. Liability Waiver

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-existing Damage: TS Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, interior wear, loose trim, or mechanical issues.
  • Normal Wear: Detailing may reveal existing imperfections hidden by dirt or grime. This is not damage caused by our service.
  • Personal Items: Remove all personal items and valuables. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • Weather Conditions: Service quality may be affected by extreme weather. We reserve the right to reschedule.
  • Water Sensitivity: Inform us of any water leaks, electrical issues, or moisture-sensitive areas.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to address your concerns.

7. Photo/Video Release

You grant TS Auto Detail permission to photograph your vehicle before/after service for promotional purposes. Your personal information will never be shared. If you do not consent, please inform us before service begins.
